FOOD FOREST is a European initiative focused on the creation and development of Community Food Forests as living spaces for regenerative food production, ecological restoration, education and social innovation.
Implemented by an international consortium of partners from Spain, Estonia, Italy and Portugal, the project combines research, local engagement and knowledge exchange across Europe, while advancing pilot implementations in Artajona (Spain) and Tallinn (Estonia) to build a scalable model for long-term environmental resilience and community-based innovation, with support from EIT Food and the wider European innovation ecosystem.
